Grace and Peace Leadership Institute (GPLI) is an interdenominational institution for leadership education and development operating under the auspices of Grace and Peace Foundation, a Centre for Kingdom and Leadership Development in Africa established in 1998 by Ambassador (Dr.) Chuwang Chang Davou. The Institute was founded in response to God's mandate to raise a new generation of transformational leaders who will serve with integrity, wisdom, competence, and Kingdom influence across every sphere of society.
At Grace and Peace Leadership Institute, we believe that leadership is not merely a position of authority but a sacred responsibility that requires character, vision, knowledge, and servant-hearted stewardship. Our mission is to develop leaders who are spiritually grounded, intellectually equipped, ethically responsible, and professionally competent to influence nations for Christ.
In today's rapidly changing global environment, leadership has become increasingly complex.
